Refund Policy

The Journal of Information Science & Automation Systems (JISAS) maintains a transparent and strict refund policy to cover the administrative, editorial, and publication-related costs incurred during the manuscript processing workflow.

• Article Processing Charges (APC) are collected only after final acceptance of the manuscript.
• The Article Processing Charge (APC) is USD 250.
• Once the APC is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
  • Withdrawal of manuscripts after acceptance
  • Author-initiated delays or non-responsiveness during publication
  • Rejection during the peer-review process
  • Errors, omissions, or issues arising from author-provided content
